CLIENT SATISFACTION FEEDBACK

93% Of Clients Consider Our Service To Be Good Or Excellent

For the past six years we have issued clients with a service questionnaire at the end of their legal process. This enables us to monitor service levels in each of our offices and for each department.

When the forms are returned, they are collated and reviewed by Stephen Woods the Managing Partner and the results are distributed to everyone in the practice on a monthly basis.

We are delighted to report that the combined results for the period January 2006 to December 2007 are as follows:

  91% of M & G clients described this as excellent or good.

  90% confirmed that they were receiving value for money and happy with fees.
