SUPPORTING THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENT

We are pleased to report that our staff and Partners have created a wood on the outskirts of Oxford to mark our 225 years in business.

A total of 225 trees, including oaks, hornbeams and sweet chestnut, have been planted near the A34 at Kennington.

Stephen Woods, managing partner for the firm, said; “We wanted to leave a lasting reminder of the firm and provide a ‘green lung’ close to busy roads. We deliberately picked native British tree species.”

The tree planting marked the culmination of a series of anniversary events.

We have used the events to raise money for various Oxford charities including, Helen and Douglas House, Headway Brain Injury Trust, Pathway and the Lymphoma Association.
