We are delighted to report that our property teams at
Oxford, Abingdon and Thame have completed a record number of transactions in
the last twelve months.
The total number of completions exceeded 3,000, which is
a significant achievement for all the staff involved. There is no longer much
of a seasonal variation for property sales, with activity in the market
having been strong throughout the last twelve months.
Despite recent interest rate rises and a shortage of the
supply of properties for sale, current activity remains strong.
It will be interesting to see whether the introduction
of HIPs on the 1st August will slow down the market or whether the
demand for housing in the South East, will see another record level of
activity. With an experienced team in place, we are in a good position to
meet the needs of our clients.
