(This is for the standard basic HIP everything you need to sell your
property and therefore including VAT is £304.33)

reliable and most importantly, flexible.

Home Information Packs are required for
all properties being sold in England and Wales.
The only exceptions to the rules are new-build properties.
At Marshall and Galpin we are well placed to help you with our cost
effective HIP’s service provided by our link company EXIGO. There is no need
to pay any more than our charges for the same product elsewhere and the
process is fully automated on the internet.

Order a HIP Now!Ordering HIPs
Our HIP system is web based and simple to use and accessible to all
parties within the process. Our software allows full online case tracking,
with SMS and email alerts to keep parties up to date during the HIP
compilation process.
What you get
We will supply hard copies, a CD or memory stick and you have the ability
to download additional copies.
Reassurance & Peace of Mind
The Exigo HIP carries £5 million Professional Indemnity Cover and an
additional £250,000 Local Authority Search Insurance provided by First
Title. Most importantly we are registered through Capital Searches with the
Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB) and bound by the Search Code and
HIP Code, providing consumer redress, best practice, and an independent
adjudication scheme.
The price for a standard HIP is a flat
rate of
£304.33
incl VAT on a
freehold property.
NOTE some other HIP producers quote net of VAT and their prices
vary according to certain circumstances such as property value, for a
standard HIP.
Prices for bronze, silver and gold HIPs are on application. There is a
surcharge of £60 incl VAT
for Leasehold properties.
