The Team handles all areas of medicine: obstetrics and gynaecology, cardiology, all types of surgery,  neurology, ophthalmology, nursing care, dentistry, oncology and cancer, orthopaedics and accident and emergency, anaesthesia, ear nose and throat and general practice.  The Team also handles cases involving chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths and alternative medicine.

All of the Team are members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and subscribes to the AvMA lawyers support service.

Tracy Norris-Evans (Partner)

Tracy heads the Medical Accidents Team.  She deals with cases across the whole spectrum of clinical negligence although her main area of interest is accidents at birth, especially cerebral palsy cases.  Tracy has particular expertise in dealing with the Court of Protection.  She works closely with trust colleagues, case managers, therapists and other professionals in a multi-disciplinary approach to maximise the potential of any compensation award.
She has recovered nearly £20 million in compensation for clients.

Immediate Past President of the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Law Society and former Chairperson of Oxford and District Solicitors Association, Tracy is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and a member of the Oxford Medico-Legal Society.

Richard Coleman (Partner)

Richard joined the Team from Boyes Turner, Reading and is one of only a few solicitors to be on both of the Law Society’s specialist panels for clinical negligence and personal injury and also AVMA's specialist clinical negligence panel.

Richard has been helping clients recover compensation for medical accidents since 1995. He has a very broad range of experience involving all areas of medicine and has particular expertise in Erb’s Palsy, oncology, cardiac and GP cases.

Richard has been involved in two of the largest injury compensation awards so far made in Europe although he handles claims of all values. Richard is a member of the College of Personal Injury Law and also the  Treasurer of the Oxford Medico-Legal Society.

Judith Leach (Barrister)

Judith has worked in defendant medical negligence and was previously in-house counsel for the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Having previously trained as a nurse and midwife, Judith specialised in intensive care nursing. She has an in-depth up to date knowledge of both the NHS and private health care providers and has maintained her registration in general nursing. Judith has specialised in health law since 1996.

Judith is a committee member of the Oxford Medico-Legal Society.
