Making a Will and Tax Planning/Setting up a Trust

Great care and skilled advice is needed to plan successfully for future financial and family commitments and the possibility of unexpected problems.  This planning process, including making a Will, should be started early and reviewed regularly.  For instance, on finding a first job or changing employment, when planning marriage, buying a home or starting a family.

What to do when someone has died

When someone close to you has died, we can administer the estate, distribute the assets and generally advise you on the administration process.

Problems with mental capacity

If you are elderly or suffering from ill health and feel it would be more convenient for someone else to deal with your financial affairs, we can advise you and prepare a Lasting Power of Attorney.

If someone close to you has lost 'mental capacity' to deal with their own affairs, we can advise you and prepare any necessary court applications to the Office of the Public Guardian.
